On 18th February 2017 we were so lucky have this fabulous couple as our first wedding. From the off Caroline and Christian were an absolute pleasure to work with, enjoying every part of the coordination process with them, especially our one to one coordination meeting and wine tasting. You’ve got to let your hair down a little, even when you’re planning the biggest day of your life!

For a February wedding the weather certainly held out, and on this lovely afternoon Caroline and Christian married at Aspire in the centre of Leeds before hopping on a vintage bus to the venue. On arrival, guests were greeted before taking their seats for a feast created by Hog and Apple – we were later told by numerous guests that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! Take a look at their smoking dessert boxes. For the speeches what better way to toast than with a Sloe Royal.

We loved how the couple kept the venue stripped back with simple décor and stationery, really embracing the aesthetics of the venue. Candles were used as the centre pieces keeping the cosy and relaxed vibe of New Craven Hall. Chic and simple stationery fit alongside their sloe gin wedding favours and beautiful bouquets created by Sally at Serendipity Floral Design.

As the evening drew in this creative couple enjoyed their first dance and partied the night away with a specially selected band, some of the best musicians in Leeds came together to serenade the guests with Soul and Motown classics, finishing off with a DJ.

This fabulous day was captured by Paul Joseph Photography and as you can see from the images, they have really kept the atmosphere of the day in these shots.

Congratulations to Caroline and Christian!
