Michelle and Michael said their wedding vows in the beautiful Cancun earlier this year. As they knew that not all their friends and family could join them they wanted to throw a huge party on their return to the UK as Mr and Mrs! They celebrated with us here at New Craven Hall on the 3rd March.

With guests arriving on the red carpet to a glass of Prosecco, they were welcomed in from the icy cold weather to a Mexican inspired evening.

 

They wanted to bring in elements of Cancun for their special evening. They had made to order Cancun light up letters by Cupid’s Cart’s & Letter Hire, which looked fantastic in the venue. They added a little Mexican spice with mouthwatering food by El Kantina. Table decorations by Wish Upon A Venue Dresser, black and white chair covers by Making It Perfect and the whole evening was captured perfectly by the fabulous Richard Wilson Photography.

On 24^th March 2018 Emily and Fraser held their wedding reception at New Craven Hall.

The happy couple married at St Luke’s Chapel at Leeds General Infirmary; both being radiographers and meeting at the LGI, it was the perfect place for them to say “I do”! The wedding party then travelled by vintage bus to New Craven Hall to celebrate the rest of their big day. 

One arrival, guests were served some specially selected craft beers chosen by the couple, before taking their seats for a delicious wedding breakfast by The Hog and Apple. Family and friends had a wedding bake off, with plenty of home make cakes to enjoy. 

Emily and Fraser went all out with their venue decorations, theming everything to a particular board game. Their table plan in the theme of battle ships was a great feature on the day. Gin bottles were used as centre pieces filled with fairy lights, and greenery was used on the walls and beams.

As evening drew in, Hi – Life Entertainment were on hand to pack the dance floor, while guests danced the night away!
