Jane

Jane’s journey in the wedding and events industry all started through fashion. With a degree in fashion design, she worked in occasion wear for six years, including a role as a bridal stylist and seamstress. This helped ignite her passion for the wedding industry as a whole.

With an eye for every detail, Jane is on hand to help you through your entire planning process and on hand on the day to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Managing Director

Ben

Coming from a management role in the music industry and working as an independent events promoter for six years, Ben now works mostly behind the scenes at New Craven Hall, handling the daily operations, accounts and business development.

Alongside Jane and the team, he also helps manage the front of house to create the best possible event experience for our clients.

Venue & Events Manager

Phil

With extensive experience in hospitality from silver service dining to pub management, as well as several years as a wedding photographer, Phil draws on his industry-wide knowledge to manage the logistics and customer experience for all of our events.

Alongside Emily and the team, Phil is busy both front of house and behind the scenes to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

After spending two years at NCH as an Events Assistant alongside completing her degree in Events Management, Emily is now a full-time member of the management team, taking care of our couples and clients and managing their event processes from start to finish.

Emily works to ensure all the finishing touches are in place for every event, allowing our guests to enjoy the best experience possible.

Our fun and friendly bar and door staff are on hand to give you a warm welcome and ensure you and your guests enjoy your time at the venue. Our diverse team is full of character and expertise, and you will always be greeted with a smile!

Morale Officer

Dougie

The cheekiest but best looking member of our team. He has no experience in events so we won’t leave him in charge of your big day, but you may find him sniffing around on your visits to the venue, or just asleep in the office.
