Director
Jane’s journey in the wedding and events industry all started through fashion. With a degree in fashion design, she worked in occasion wear for six years, including a role as a bridal stylist and seamstress. This helped ignite her passion for the wedding industry as a whole.
With an eye for every detail, Jane is on hand to help you through your entire planning process and on hand on the day to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Ben
Director
Having come from a management role in the music industry and working as an independent events promoter for six years, Ben now works mostly behind the scenes at New Craven Hall, handling the daily operations, accounts and business development.
Alongside Jane and Gemma, he also helps manage the front of house team to create the best possible event experience for our clients.
Gemma
Senior Events & Marketing Manager
Gemma works closely alongside both Jane and Ben. You will see a lot of her if you book your wedding or event at New Craven Hall, assisting you from initial enquiry all the way through to your big day.
With a degree in events management and eight years experience in the events industry, Gemma will guide you through the planning process answering any questions along the way.
Olivia
Venue & Events Manager
Olivia has worked within the New Craven Hall team since 2018, starting out as an Events Assistance whilst studying Events Management at Leeds Beckett University, Olivia has built confidence and expertise in the industry and is now our full time Venue and Events Manager.
Working within the management team alongside Jane, Ben & Gemma, Olivia looks after the organisational and logistical side of the venue, from liaising with suppliers to ordering for all events, she is also on hand on your event day.
Emily
Events Assistant
Emily works as our part-time Events Assistant at the venue alongside studying for her degree in Events Management at Leeds Beckett University. Emily is also currently doing her placement year at the venue where she is building her knowledge of every aspect of the industry. You will see Emily setting up for your event, making sure all the finishing touches are in place and also assisting our management team on event days.
