Christmas Party FAQs
Is there parking at New Craven Hall?
There is limited street parking outside the venue on New Craven Gate. We advise guests to park locally or arrive by public transport. The nearby Clayton Hotel offers public parking and is a short walk from the venue – NCH guests also receive 10% discount on room bookings.
Do you have accommodation?
While we don’t have onsite accommodation, we have exclusive discount deals with local hotels:
Clayton Hotel (5-10 mins walk)
Malmaison (city centre)
Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa (M1 / East Leeds)

Do you have disabled access?
Our venue is completely flat access with accessible toilet facilities.

What do your Christmas packages include?
Our Christmas Party Package includes everything you need for a festive celebration:
- Exclusive venue hire 7pm-12am
- Drinks reception
- 3-course festive dinner
- DJ & dance floor

Our Festive After Work Social is for keeping Christmas casual and includes:
- 4 hours exclusive hire any time between 4pm-10pm
- Arrival drinks
- 5 bar games – Darts, pool, table football, table tennis, beer pong
- Informal furniture
- Street food & grazing options
What deposit do you require to secure a booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking along with a signed and dated hire agreement. The remaining 50% is due one calendar month before the date of your wedding.
If you are booking more than 24 Months in advance we only require a 50% deposit on your base package price as we understand you may need longer to decide on additional requirements.
Do we allow outside suppliers/caterers?
Yes, we do allow outside catering, as well as bands & DJs. If your caterer has not worked at the venue before, a site visit must be made beforehand to make sure our facilities are suitable.
If you are booking a DJ as part of your wedding package we will need at least 3 months notice to ensure we can guarantee they can play at your wedding.
